Shipping & Fulfilment

This Shipping & Fulfilment Policy defines the request review, preparation, dispatch, tracking, customs, regional restriction, and non-refundable custom formulation framework associated with GeneTherica research-oriented materials and formulation systems.
Request Review
Fulfilment begins only after request review and acceptance.
Custom Prepared
Formulations may be prepared or allocated according to request-specific requirements.
No Refunds
Custom-prepared formulations are non-refundable once accepted or prepared.
Import Responsibility
The requester remains responsible for local import and customs requirements.

Request Review Before Fulfilment

GeneTherica operates through a controlled request-based fulfilment model. Submission of a request does not automatically create an accepted order, confirmed supply obligation, or guaranteed dispatch.

Shipping or fulfilment only proceeds after internal request review, formulation confirmation, availability confirmation, and acceptance by GeneTherica.

Custom Formulation and Non-Refundable Status

GeneTherica formulations may be prepared, configured, allocated, labelled, or documented according to the accepted request. Because these materials are prepared or processed on a request-specific basis, they are not refundable.

Once a formulation request has been accepted, prepared, allocated, or processed for fulfilment, cancellation, refund, exchange, replacement, or return is not guaranteed and may be refused.

Custom Preparation Formulations may be prepared according to compound, concentration, vehicle system, volume, batch, or request-specific parameters.
No Standard Returns Research formulations are not standard consumer goods and are not eligible for normal return or refund handling.
Controlled Review Any exception remains fully discretionary and may depend on preparation status, request status, documentation, and internal review.

Delivery Timelines and Dispatch Estimates

Any stated processing time, preparation time, dispatch estimate, delivery estimate, or tracking update is indicative only. GeneTherica does not guarantee exact dispatch dates, delivery dates, transit times, customs timelines, or courier performance.

Delays may occur due to request review, formulation preparation, batch allocation, documentation status, courier capacity, destination restrictions, customs review, weather, operational disruption, or external logistics conditions.

Customs, Import, and Local Compliance

The requester is solely responsible for ensuring that the requested material, documentation, importation, possession, handling, storage, and research use comply with applicable local laws, import rules, customs requirements, institutional policies, and regulatory restrictions.

GeneTherica is not responsible for customs delays, import refusal, seizure, inspection, return by customs, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, documentation demands, or destination-specific legal restrictions.

Regional Restrictions and Supply Discretion

GeneTherica may restrict, refuse, pause, or decline shipment to specific countries, regions, addresses, forwarding services, or destinations based on compliance concerns, logistics limitations, import risk, unclear research context, or internal review.

Acceptance of a request remains discretionary. GeneTherica may cancel or refuse fulfilment if shipping, documentation, customs, compliance, or risk conditions are considered unsuitable.

Tracking and Carrier Handling

Tracking information is generally provided when available, but tracking availability is not guaranteed for every destination, courier route, service type, or shipment stage.

Once a shipment is transferred to a courier or postal service, delivery handling, scanning frequency, transit updates, customs routing, and final delivery performance may depend on third-party logistics providers.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Shipments
Lost, delayed, returned, refused, seized, inspected, or customs-held shipments do not automatically create entitlement to a refund, replacement, credit, or reshipment. Any resolution remains subject to internal review and GeneTherica discretion.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The requester is responsible for providing complete and accurate address information. GeneTherica is not responsible for failed delivery, return, delay, customs complication, or loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable address details.
Documentation and Shipment Review
Documentation availability, shipment documents, safety references, formulation records, or batch-related materials may vary depending on compound, formulation configuration, supplier documentation, internal review, and request context.
Temperature and Handling During Transit
GeneTherica may provide storage and handling guidance for research materials; however, transport environments are influenced by courier networks, destination conditions, customs handling, and external logistics factors outside GeneTherica control.
Final Fulfilment Notice
By submitting a request or accepting fulfilment, the requester acknowledges that GeneTherica formulations may be custom-prepared or request-specific, are not refundable as standard consumer goods, and that shipment, customs, import, delivery, tracking, and regional compliance risks remain the responsibility of the requester unless otherwise agreed in writing by GeneTherica.
