Production Sequence
Minimal internal workflow.
Step 01
Prepare vessel
Use clean, dry glass vessel. Add magnetic stir bar.
Step 02
Add ethanol phase
Add Ethanol 96% first. Start magnetic stirring and create stable medium vortex.
Step 03
Add RU58841 slowly
Add RU58841 gradually into moving ethanol phase. Do not dump full quantity at once.
Step 04
Dissolve until clear
Continue stirring until no visible particles, no sediment and visually clear solution.
Step 05
Add PG then Transcutol
Add Propylene Glycol after RU58841 is dissolved. Then add Transcutol HP. Continue stirring.
Step 06
Final homogenization
Stir until fully uniform. Bottle only if solution is clear and free of crystals or sediment.
Critical Points
Do not add PG or Transcutol before complete RU58841 dissolution. Do not introduce water. Do not overheat. Maximum temperature: 40°C. Do not bottle cloudy solution.
